A winding mountain road with multiple sharp turns, surrounded by lush green trees and rocky cliffs.

About The Program

The Alpe d'Huez Advisory Executive Development Program combines the accountability of a rigorous quarterly forecasting and reporting process with the metaphor of climbing the world's most iconic cycling mountain stage.  Together, we guide your annual journey over four quarterly cycles across five domains: career, family and relationships, wealth, health, and your inner game. Each calendar quarter represents a distinct sector of the climb, with specific points of emphasis, challenges and qualities required to ascend successfully.

Quarter breakdown:

  • The First Quarter: The Build -Learning from Prior Challenges and the Run Up To The Climb

  • The Second Quarter: The Road Steepens – Staying Committed (Bends 21–16)

  • The Third Quarter: Rhythm – Locking In Consistency and Durability (Bends 15–8)

  • Quarter 4: Summit – Remaining Focused, Finishing Strong (Bends 7–1 and the Finish)

Our proprietary Quarterly Forecast Template is a guided, one‑page “climb plan” that helps you design each quarter before it begins, using the Alpe d’Huez metaphor as your frame. It walks you through defining the character of the climb ahead, setting 3–5 altitude targets (outcomes), and then translating those into concrete commitments across your five domains: career, family and relationships, wealth and financial security, health and fitness and inner game.

You will name the key switchbacks (obstacles and risks), allocate your personal capital—time, energy, and attention—across domains and script a brief “stakeholder letter” to yourself that describes the quarter as if it’s already complete. The result is a clear, 13‑week pacing plan and coaching agenda that align your calendar, your energy, and your focus with the climb you actually want to make, instead of the one that just happens to you.
